The building was designed with bay window treatment in keeping with the architectural integrity of its neighbors.

Structural design of this two-story, 29,600-square-foot building that houses office and storage spaces, as well as a handicapped accessible screening room for previewing of motion pictures. The primary with plywood vertical framing consists of wood and steel framing with plywood roof and floor decks. The primary lateral framing is steel concentric and non-concentric braced frames.
