Structural design of this new 55,000-square-foot steel-frame, 10-story office tower located in a densely compact urban site. It consists of a combination of steel moment frames and eccentric braced frames supported by a reinforced concrete mat foundation. The building was designed with bay window treatment in keeping with the architectural integrity of its neighbors.

Structural design of this two-story, 29,600-square-foot building that houses office and storage spaces, as well as a handicapped accessible screening room for previewing of motion pictures. The primary with plywood vertical framing consists of wood and steel framing with plywood roof and floor decks. The primary lateral framing is steel concentric and non-concentric braced frames.

Hanford, California

Design development of a 135,000-square-foot, two-story office building with three attached wings. It serves various office functions of the Department of Public Works. It features two elegant main entrances with exterior glazed glass walls. The first level entrance is a two-story clear height structure and the second level entrance begins with an extensive exterior raised stairway/planter and continues into the second floor level.
