Design of a ten-story luxury residential building with 75 units. This project includes indoor swimming pool, retail spaces and parking. The project is located in the historic South Beach area in San Francisco. Structural system for the building is a concrete post-tensioned slab with concrete shear walls supported on a concrete mat foundation system. Preservation of an existing historic façade is also required.
