The North Concord/Martinez Station is the first new statio for BART since 1972. Structural design elements include the station building, passenger concourse, and platform with steel framed canopy. 1,300 linear feet if cantilevered reinforced concrete retaining wall up to 40 feet in height, 2-lane vehicular bridge, 50 foot single span, pedestrian bridge, bus stop canopies, and ancillary building.
