As Prime Consultant, SOHA leads a team of 14 multi-disciplinary subconsultant to develop structural, architectural and mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing design concepts for a comprehensive upgrade of the North Terminal, including Boarding Areas E and F, at the San Francisco International Airport. Major objective of this Phase I effort is to identify all relevant scope, impact, phasing and construction-cost issues and to present to the Airport a range of options that satisfy numerous constraints (operational, functional, aesthetic, economic) inherent in the multi-faceted upgrade of a continuously-occupied, highly-restricted transportation facility.
