This new two-story 45,200 sq ft facility is built inside the foot print of an existing industrial warehouse building.  The lateral structural system utilized special concentric brace frames.  Gravity structural system is comprised of composite steel beams/girders, concrete fill over metal decks, and steel columns.  The building support on steel piles, pile caps, and grade beam system.  The facility complies with the Essential services requirement.
