SOHA Engineers is part of a design/build team for the structural design of this new two-story (with basement) reinforced concrete shear wall, seismically isolated essential facility building. Located in close proximity to the Hayward FAult, it houses the City of Berkeley Police and Fire Department, 911 dispatch center, training operations, control center, administrative offices, and holding cells.
