​The NOAA PRC is located on Ford Island in Pearl Harbor on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The basic scope of the project involves the adaptive reuse of approximately 260,000 gross square feet of historic aircraft hangars (B176 & B175) and the construction of approximately 100,000 gross square feet of new building (Building A) connecting the historic aircraft hangars. This is a LEED Gold project.
