As the Prime Consultant, SOHA leads a team of 14 multi-disciplinary subconsultants to develop structural, architectural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing design concepts for a comprehensive upgrade of the North Terminal, including Boarding Areas E and F, at San Francisco International Airport. The major objective of this Phase I effort is to identify all relevant scope, impact, phasing, and construction cost issues and to present a range of options to the Airport that satisfy numerous constraints (operational, functional, aesthetic, economic) inherent in the multi-faceted upgrade of a continuously occupied, highly restricted transportation facility.
