Extensive utilization of sustainable design features is expected to win a LEED Platinum Rating by the U.S. Green Building Council. The structural system consists of post-tensioned slab/beam floors and post-tensioned concrete shear walls. The foundation system is comprised of a five-foot thick concrete mat.
